William S. McGonagle is a principal of West Sound Injury Law in Bellingham WA.

His emphasis has been in civil litigation, which has been focused for the last fifty plus years on personal injury related claims. He also served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps in Seattle from 1965-1975.

In his free time Bill enjoys boating, competitive rowing, and spending time with his family, including his three grandchildren.
