Personal Injury Attorney Partner Colleen Mriglot
Attorney Partner Colleen Mriglot

Colleen grew up on a produce farm in Washington where she learned the value of hard work and perseverance. After raising two children, owning a retail business, and working as a paralegal for many years, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Chapman University. She later attended Seattle University School of Law where she was involved in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board as the Vice President of In-house Competitions. During law school she also attended an international family law class in Spain, participated in the Youth Advocacy Clinic, and successfully clerked with the Attorney General’s Office in its Torts Division.

She represents clients in cases involving auto crashes, wrongful death, dangerous premises, product liability, medical malpractice (including negligent cosmetic procedures), insurance bad faith, the Consumer Protection Act, and animal attacks. Colleen is honored to practice law at West Sound Injury Law, formerly known as Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind, on Bainbridge Island, and importantly, she is passionate about representing those who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence, and who need someone to listen to them and fight for them.

In her free time she enjoys spending time in her garden, paddle boarding, taking walks with her husband, Christoph, and playing with her dog, Tasso.
